Do I have to connect my ad account?

Comments on your ads reach CommentGate through your Page either way. Connecting the ad account tells us which ad each comment came from, so you can set rules per ad and see reports by ad.

Can I connect Pages from more than one Facebook login?

Yes. Agencies often manage clients through different logins, so one brand can hold several.

Can I answer direct messages too?

Yes. Messages to your Facebook Page and Instagram account arrive under Messages, where your team can read and reply.

Will I lose anything if I cancel?

Comments that were hidden stay hidden. 30 days after your plan ends, your comments, messages and connected accounts are deleted. Your settings and rules stay, so you can come back.
