Pricing questions
What counts toward my plan?
Every plan counts comments and automated messages together. People and contacts are unlimited. A comment counts when it arrives on the accounts and ads you connect, whether CommentGate hides it, replies to it or leaves it alone. A comment with an image, GIF or sticker counts once, like any other. A message counts when one of your flows sends it on its own, on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok. Replies you post under comments and messages you type yourself do not count.
What happens if I go over my plan?
Moderation and your flows keep running. Extra comments and messages cost $2.50 per 1,000, charged for the exact number (1,200 extra cost $3.00), added to your next invoice. A viral post or a big sale never leaves your comments unwatched. We email you when you reach 90% of your plan, so it is never a surprise.
Can I limit what I spend on extra usage?
Yes. Set a monthly cap on extra charges under Plan and billing. It covers all your brands together. Once it is reached, moderation keeps running and nothing more is charged that month. New reply drafts and the messages your flows send on their own wait until the next month or until you raise the cap, and we email you when that happens. Messages you type yourself still go out. The cap limits what you pay, not what we watch.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The trial is 7 days with every feature and no card. Reply drafts and automated messages pause after the first 15,000 comments and messages of the trial; moderation keeps running. Choose a plan when you are ready.
Can I change plans later?
Any time. Upgrades apply right away and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period.
Are there limits on brands, accounts or team members?
No. Add as many brands, connect as many accounts, invite as many people and keep as many contacts as you need. Plans differ only in how many comments and automated messages are included.
Do I pay for each brand?
No. One plan covers every brand you own, and they share its monthly comments and messages. A brand you add later is covered straight away at no extra cost. If you run an agency and invoice a client directly, you can bill that brand separately instead, with its own plan.
Which currencies do you bill in?
Prices are in US dollars. Customers anywhere in the world can pay with a card, and your bank handles any conversion.
