Will replies sound like a robot?
They follow the voice and instructions you give, use your facts and learn from the replies your team sends and edits. Most brands approve every draft for the first weeks, then let clear answers send on their own.
Can I approve every reply before it is posted?
Yes. "Draft for me" is the default: nothing is posted until someone approves it. "Send on its own" sends only clear answers; anything uncertain still waits for you.
What if a draft is wrong?
Change it or discard it. The draft is never posted, and the change teaches it for the next one.
Does it answer in other languages?
Yes, in the language the comment was written in. Your team can read a translation into English before approving.
Do drafts cost extra?
No. Drafts are included on every plan. During the trial they pause after the first 15,000 comments, while moderation keeps running.
