Send a message now to people you have talked to
A campaign that starts with Send now messages the people you pick by tag. It reaches only people the platform lets you message, and the confirmation tells you who before anything is sent.

A campaign with the Send now trigger does not wait for anyone. When you click Send now, it starts for the people you picked, all at once. Use it to tell people who just talked to you about a restock, a drop or a flash sale.
Who it can reach
Facebook, Instagram and TikTok only let a business message someone shortly after that person last wrote to them:
- Facebook and Instagram: within 24 hours of their last message.
- TikTok: within 48 hours.
- WhatsApp: within 24 hours, or at any time if the first step is an approved message template. See WhatsApp campaigns and templates.
So Send now is not a newsletter to everyone who ever commented. It reaches the people who are in a conversation with you right now. Everyone else in the audience is counted and left out, and the confirmation says why.
Send one
- Click New campaign and pick Start from scratch.
- Click the trigger card and pick Send now under Starts when.
- Under Send on, tick the platforms.
- Under People tagged, type the tags to send to, for example restock. Leave it empty to send to everyone on those platforms.
- Add your steps, for example a DM with a link.
- Click Send now in the header.
The confirmation
Before anything goes out, a dialog shows:
- In the audience: everyone with those tags on those platforms.
- Will get it: how many can actually get it.
- Not included: each reason the rest are left out, in plain words, for example "has not messaged you recently. Facebook and Instagram allow messages only within 24 hours of the last message, TikTok within 48", or on WhatsApp "has a United States number, and WhatsApp does not deliver marketing templates to them".
The button says how many it will send to, for example Send to 312 people. One send reaches up to 100,000 people.
While it sends
The header shows progress, for example "Sending: 240 of 1,002", then "Sent to 1,002 people". People added to the tag after you clicked are not included. Pausing the campaign stops sending.
