Act on many comments at once
Select comments in Activity and hide, unhide, allow, like, archive, assign or delete them together.

Select comments
- Tick the box on each comment, or press X on the one that is open.
- Shift X selects everything between the last one you picked and this one.
- The box at the left of the bar selects every comment shown.
A bar appears at the bottom with how many are selected. Press Esc or click the X in the bar to clear the selection.
Tip: filter first (for example one ad and Last 7 days), then select everything shown. See Search and filters.
What you can do
| Action | Notes |

| Hide | Shown when any selected comment is visible. |
| Unhide | Shown when any selected comment is hidden. |
| Allow | Keeps them up. Hidden ones come back. |
| Like | Facebook, Instagram and TikTok posts (not TikTok ads). |
| Archive | Out of your views; nothing changes on the posts. |
| Assign | To you or a teammate. |
| Delete | Facebook and Instagram only, after you confirm. Comments from other platforms in the selection stay as they are. |
In the Archive view the bar offers Back to Activity and Move to bin; in the Bin view, Restore.
With comments selected, the keys H, A and E act on all of them.
Every hide, unhide and allow you make this way teaches CommentGate, just like doing them one by one.
If a platform refuses some of them, you see why, and those comments are put back as they were.
