Activity and its views
Every comment on your accounts and ads in one place, and what Needs review, Needs reply, Hidden, Replied, Archive and Bin each show.
Updated
Activity in the sidebar is every comment on your connected Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Threads accounts, on posts and on ads, newest first. It refreshes on its own while you have it open.
Views
Pick a view under Activity in the sidebar, or click the title at the top of the list.

| All activity | Everything except archived and binned comments. |
| Assigned to me | Comments a teammate (or you) assigned to you. |
| Needs review | Comments waiting for a person to decide. The same comments as Needs you on Home. |
| Needs reply | Questions, problems and buying signals worth answering, not yet answered. |
| Mentions | Notes where a teammate mentioned you. |
| Hidden | Comments hidden by CommentGate, your rules or your team. |
| Replied | Comments that got a reply. |
| Archive | Comments you archived. |
| Bin | Comments you moved to the bin, and deleted comments. |
The sidebar shows how many are waiting in Needs review, Needs reply and Mentions.
Open a comment
Click a comment to open it on the right (on a phone, it opens full screen). You see:
- The author, the account, and the post or ad it is on, with a link to see it where it was posted. See Ad comments.
- What happened to it, with Why for the reason.
- Tabs: Activity (everything that happened to it), Notes and Author (their other comments).
- The reply box, with any draft waiting in it.
Archive and bin
Archive (key E) moves a comment out of your views. Nothing changes on the post. Back to Activity returns it.
Move to bin is in the More menu. It also changes nothing on the post; Restore brings it back from the Bin view.
Delete removes a comment for everyone and cannot be undone. Only Facebook and Instagram allow it. Hiding keeps it out of sight without losing anything.
