Choose what each account watches
Turn an account on or off, watch only its posts or only its ads, and pick which rules apply to it.

Every Page, Instagram account, TikTok account, channel and profile you connect has its own row on Accounts, with its own controls.
On or off
The switch at the end of a row turns CommentGate on or off for that account. Off keeps everything you have and simply stops new work there. The row reads Off while it is paused.
Posts, ads, or both
- Click Customize for one account (the sliders icon) on the row.
- Under Moderate comments on, choose Posts and ads, Posts only (comments on ads are left alone) or Ads only (comments on regular posts are left alone).
- Click Save.
Ad accounts only ever watch ads, so they do not show this choice.
Which rules apply here
The same panel lists your rules under Rules that apply here. Untick a rule to stop it on this account. A rule that applies everywhere says Applies to every account; unticking it keeps it on every other account. Click Save when done.
Your Setup switches (hide scams, spam and so on) still apply to every account that is on.
What an account covers
Click the small info icon next to an account's details to read what it covers and the limits of that platform, such as "TikTok lets us hide comments and reply, never delete." The line also shows when the last comment arrived, or No comments yet.
Only owners, admins and managers can change these controls.
