Stop a campaign for one person
Stop the messages a campaign is sending to one customer, without pausing it for anyone else.
Updated
Sometimes one customer should not get the rest of a campaign: they complained, they already bought, or your team is talking to them by hand.
Stop it
- Open the person. In Campaigns, People, click their name. In Messages, click the person icon at the top of the conversation.
- Under Campaigns, find the one that is In progress or Waiting.
- Click Stop.
You see "Stopped" and the campaign's name. They get nothing more from that campaign. It keeps running for everyone else.
If it says "That campaign had already finished", there was nothing left to send.
What each state means
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| In progress | The campaign is sending them its steps. |
| Waiting | It is waiting for them: a tap, a reply, an email or number, a follow, or a set time. |
| Finished | They reached the end. |
| Stopped | Someone stopped it, or it could not continue. |
Stop it for everyone
To stop a campaign for all people, pause it from Campaigns. To stop everything automatic at once on a bad day, use Crisis mode.
