How long does one comment take by hand?

Time yourself on the next ten: open, read, decide, hide or answer. Include switching between apps and ad accounts, which is where most of the time goes.

What hourly cost should I use?

What an hour of the person doing it costs you: a moderator’s or assistant’s wage, or your own time at what you would pay to replace it.
