Public or private?

Answer in public when

Prices, public codes and shipping costs all belong in public. People who see the answer do not need to ask.

Take it private when

Take it private for a code that failed at checkout, a price adjustment on an order already placed, or anything that needs an order number.

What never to do

  • Never post a private or single-use code in the comments. It will be shared and used by everyone.

What about people who find the product cheaper on another site?

Often they have found a copycat store using your photos. Say plainly where you sell and point to your official account. Hide the copycat link if one is posted.
