Always ask me about: comments that always wait for you
Chargebacks, legal threats, press, safety reports, health claims and partnership offers are never hidden or answered alone. Here is how to change that.

Some comments need a person, however sure CommentGate is about them. On Setup, the Always ask me about list names them. A comment on one of these topics is never hidden or answered on its own: it goes to Needs you on Home, with the topic as the reason.

| Legal threats | Lawyers, lawsuits, small claims court, or a report to a consumer agency. |
| Press questions | A reporter, producer or writer asking your team for a comment. |
| Safety reports | A product that broke, burned, caused a reaction or hurt someone. |
| Health claims | Claims that a product cures something, and questions about medicine, pregnancy or children. |
| Partnership offers | Creators, shops and wholesale buyers asking to work with you or stock your products. |
All six are ticked when you start.
Change the list
- Open Setup.
- Under Always ask me about, untick a topic you are happy for CommentGate to handle like any other comment.
- It saves at once.
The list is the same for every account in the brand. Only owners and admins can change it.
What you see in Needs you
The reason under the comment says which topic it matched, for example "About chargebacks", "A legal threat" or "A health claim under your ad". Hide, Keep or Reply as usual.
Obvious spam still goes
A comment that is plainly a scam still gets hidden, even if it uses one of these words. "Claim your refund at this link" is a scam, not a chargeback.
