What "handled on its own" and "agrees with your calls" mean
How to read the line at the top of Home, the areas CommentGate now handles alone, and the suggestion cards.

The first line on Home sums up the last 7 days in three parts: "Handled ... on its own this week", "asked you about ..." and "agrees with your calls ...".
Handled on its own
The share of this week's comments CommentGate decided without asking anyone: hidden, kept up or answered. Comments your campaigns answered count as handled.
The small arrow next to it compares with the 7 days before, in percentage points. It shows once the week before had at least 10 comments.
Asked you about
How many comments it sent to Needs you this week, because it was not sure or because the topic is on your "Always ask me about" list.
Agrees with your calls
When someone on your team answers Needs you or corrects a decision in Activity, CommentGate compares that with what it had decided. This number is how often the two matched this week. Decisions made by your own rules are left out, because those are your choices, not its.
It only shows once your team has answered or corrected something that week.
Handling scams on its own now
When CommentGate has agreed with your team often enough in one area, Home says so, for example "Handling scams and spam on its own now". From then on it asks you less in that area. If you start correcting it there, it goes back to asking at once.
Liked and thanked
If you turned on Like or Thank happy comments, Home also says how many it liked and thanked this week.
Suggestions
Now and then Home shows a card when it notices a pattern in your answers, for example "You keep hiding profanity yourself. Turn on "Hide profanity"?". Click Yes, do it to apply it, or Dismiss. You see at most three at a time, and only owners and admins can accept them.
A card can also suggest a campaign, when many people comment the same word on one post in a day. Set it up opens a new campaign filled in for you.
Needs attention
If something CommentGate tried did not go through (for example an account needs reconnecting), it shows under Needs attention with Try again, Reconnect or Dismiss.
