How the free trial works

Your first brand starts a free trial with every feature on. No card is needed, so nothing is ever charged when it ends.

What the trial includes

• Every feature, on every platform you connect.
• 7 days, counted from your first brand. Brands you add during the trial share it.
• The same monthly allowance as the Growth plan, for comments and automated messages together.

The sidebar and Settings, then Plan and billing, show how many days are left, like "Free trial, 9 days left".

The trial runs once per person. Adding another brand later does not start a new one.

If the trial allowance runs out

Moderation keeps running: comments are still read and hidden. New reply drafts and messages that campaigns send on their own pause until you pick a plan. Messages you type yourself in Messages are never affected.

Before it ends

Owners and admins get an email three days before the trial ends, with a suggestion of the plan that fits your comment volume so far.

To keep everything running, pick a plan any time:

1. Open Settings, then Plan and billing.
2. Under Plans, choose Monthly or Yearly (2 months free).
3. Select Choose on the plan you want, and pay on the secure checkout page. Promotion codes are accepted there.

The plan starts, and is billed, from the day you choose it. If your brands already went past the new plan’s allowance this month, those extra comments are never billed.

When it ends without a plan

• New comments are still collected, but nothing is hidden or answered.
• Owners and admins get an email saying moderation is paused.
• Plan and billing shows the date until which your comments and connected accounts are kept. 30 days after the trial ends, the brand’s comments, messages and connected accounts are deleted. Your settings and rules stay, so you can come back later and connect again.

Pick a plan before then and everything starts again right where you left it. Comments that were hidden during the trial stay hidden either way.
