CommentGate looks after the comments on your posts and ads, so your customers see real questions and reviews, not scams and spam. You flip a few switches once, correct it now and then, and it runs on its own.
Where it works
- Facebook and Instagram: your Pages, Instagram accounts and ad accounts, including ads that never appear on your Page (dark posts).
- TikTok: comments on your videos and on your ads, Spark Ads included.
- YouTube: comments on your videos, Shorts and video ads.
- Threads: replies to your posts and your Threads ads.
- WhatsApp: messages to your business number, in Messages.
What happens to each comment
- A comment arrives on one of your connected accounts. On Facebook and Instagram that takes seconds. On YouTube, CommentGate checks about every 5 minutes.
- CommentGate reads it against the switches you turned on at Setup: scams, spam, hate and competitor mentions are on from the start.
- If it is clearly harmful, it is hidden. If it is clearly fine, it stays up.
- If it is a question and Answer questions is on, a reply is drafted for you (or sent, if you chose Send on its own).
- If CommentGate is not sure, or the comment is a real judgement call (a chargeback, a legal threat, a press question, a safety report, a health claim, a partnership offer), it waits for you in Needs you on Home.
It learns from you
Every time you hide, keep, unhide or edit a reply, CommentGate takes it as a lesson. As it agrees with you more often, it asks less. Home tells you plainly when it is handling an area, like scams, on its own. See How the autopilot learns and when it acts alone.
