Change or cancel your plan

Plans are changed on Settings, then Plan and billing, under Plans. Only the person who pays for the plan sees these controls. For a brand billed separately, its owners and admins use Brand billing instead.

Move to a bigger plan

1. Pick Monthly or Yearly (2 months free) at the top of Plans.
2. Select Upgrade to on the plan you want (for example Upgrade to Scale).

The new plan and its bigger allowance apply straight away. You pay only the difference for the rest of the current period, and it appears on your next invoice.

Moving the same plan from monthly to yearly works the same way: select Switch to yearly.

Move to a smaller plan

Select Switch to on the smaller plan (for example Switch to Growth at renewal). You keep your current plan until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing is charged or refunded today. Plan and billing then shows a line like "Changes to Growth on October 11, 2026. You keep Pro until then."

Changed your mind? Select Keep Pro (your current plan’s name) next to that line, and your current plan simply renews.

Moving from yearly to monthly billing also waits for renewal, so a paid year is never cut short.

Cancel

1. On Plan and billing, select Payments and invoices. It opens your billing portal in the same tab.
2. Choose to cancel the plan there.

You keep everything until the end of the period you paid for. After that, new comments are still collected but nothing is hidden or answered, and 30 days later the comments, messages, contacts and connected accounts of the brands on that plan are deleted. Your settings and rules stay. Comments that were hidden stay hidden.

A yearly plan cancelled within 30 days of its first payment ends right away and is refunded in full. See Refunds.

To come back, choose a plan again on Plan and billing.

If a payment fails

Plan and billing shows "payment failed" and a Update payment method button. Moderation keeps running while the card is retried. If the invoice stays unpaid, the plan pauses: comments are still saved, but nothing is hidden or answered until it is paid.
