Connect Zapier and Make
Start a Zap or a Make scenario when a comment arrives, is hidden, needs you or turns into a lead, and hide, reply or record a sale from any other app.

The CommentGate apps for Zapier and Make connect your comments and DMs to thousands of other tools: log every lead in a Google Sheet, post hidden comments to a channel, add buyers to your CRM, or report sales from your store.
Connect
- In CommentGate, open Settings, then API keys. Type a name such as Zapier and click Create key.
- Copy the key right away. It is shown only once.
- In Zapier or Make, add a CommentGate step and paste the key when asked.
Only owners and admins can create keys. Actions run as the person who created the key, with the same rules as the CommentGate inbox. Revoking a key in Settings, API keys stops everything that uses it at once.

Both apps fire within seconds of the event.

When a Zap or scenario subscribes, it shows up in Settings, Alerts, where you can pause or remove it.

Platform rules still apply: TikTok comments can be hidden but never deleted, and blocking works on Facebook only.
Send people from a campaign
The campaign step Send to Zapier or a webhook sends one person's details (name, platform, email, phone, tags) to an address you choose, at that point in the campaign. For example, add it after Ask for email or phone to put every restock sign-up in a Google Sheet.
- In Zapier, start a Zap with Webhooks by Zapier, Catch Hook, and copy its address. In Make, use a Custom webhook module.
- In CommentGate, open Settings, Alerts, click Add, pick Webhook, paste the address and save.
- In the campaign, add Send to Zapier or a webhook and pick it under Send to.
Each delivery carries the same id if it is retried, so your Zap can ignore duplicates.
